Thanks for dropping by to check out our faith community here at Bond Head United Church!
As with everyone and everything, COVID has changed the way we function. We have gone on-line, and you can watch our weekly inspirational message here.
We know the importance of human connection and we are also experimenting with safe ways of meeting in person. Outdoor and socially distanced worship services are just starting after a long time apart. Watch our Facebook Page, the sign in front of the church or join our weekly Chit Chat newsletter by contacting us here for information about upcoming services and events.
Being a part of a faith community gives us a sense of purpose and meaning.
It helps us to know that we are not alone.
It connects us to God’s caring and grace-filled work in the world.
We are part of the Simcoe County Alliance to End Homelessness.
We have a prayer shawl ministry.
We are involved in our community.
We acknowledge that our Church is situated on traditional territories. The territories include the Petun, Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ Nation, Huron-Wendat Nation, and Haudenosaunee Confederacy.
The treaty that was signed for this parcel of land is Lake Simcoe-Nottawasaga Treaty No. 18. We also recognize the enduring presence of Indigenous peoples on this land.
