Communion

Everyone is welcome at God’s table! We do not have communion at every service but at scheduled services.

What is communion?
Communion is a sacrament of the United Church and is shared by most Christian denominations in different terms.

The meal we take at communion reminds us of the last supper that Jesus shared with his followers.
We break the bread, and pour the “wine” (grape juice) in remembrance of him.

Communion can be served a number of ways.

Walking up to the front where you will be served a piece of bread and a small taste of juice in an individual cup.

For those unable to come to the front, the servers will come to the pew.

There is always a gluten free option available.
